Beautifully Wired: A Gentle Start for Women with ADD Who Want to Create Something That Feels Like Themselves

Hi, I’m Sue Dyson — a woman who spent most of her life wondering why traditional productivity advice (and those so-called “safe, good jobs”) never quite worked for me.

It wasn’t for lack of effort. I tried hard. I overcompensated. I masked. I pushed myself to fit into systems that weren’t made for how my brain works. And for a long time, I quietly wondered if I was just… bad at life.

It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with ADD at 63 that everything began to click — the forgotten tasks, the missed deadlines, the bursts of creativity followed by burnout. I realized I wasn’t broken.

I was simply wired differently.
Beautifully wired.

You’re Not Alone (And You’re Not Doing It Wrong)

If you’re reading this, maybe you’ve tried to follow the rules of productivity that seem to work for others — only to end up overwhelmed or stuck.

Maybe you’ve started a creative project or digital product idea with so much energy and hope… but somewhere along the way, your focus fizzled, and self-doubt crept in.

Let me say this clearly: you are not doing it wrong.

You’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined. You’ve simply been trying to build something meaningful in a world that doesn’t always recognize how beautifully different your brain is.

And you’re definitely not alone. I see you. Because I am you.

Working With Your Brain — Not Against It

When I finally began working with my brain instead of against it, things started to change.

I stopped forcing myself into rigid routines that drained me, and started creating soft, sustainable structures that felt true.

I began building a business — through digital products — that reflected my pace, my creativity, and my need for meaning.

That’s why I’m creating Beautifully Wired — a gentle, supportive ebook for women like us. It’s a soft place to land, a toolkit, and a reminder: you’re allowed to do things differently.

What to Expect Inside the Ebook

This isn’t a step-by-step productivity manual. It’s not about “fixing” yourself or hustling harder.

Beautifully Wired is about honoring your rhythm. Rebuilding trust with your own timing. And exploring how to create an income stream through digital products in a way that works for your neurodivergent mind.

📖 You don’t have to read it all in one sitting.
🧠 You can skip around and highlight what speaks to you.
🌿 You can jot down ideas in your flow, then come back when you’re ready.

And if you’re close to retirement — like me — and feeling the pressure of not having a financial safety net, I want you to hear this loud and clear:

You’re not behind. You’re right on time.
If the dream is still there, it means it’s still possible.
